So everyone’s talking about property these days. I came across an interesting visualisation of US property prices on the Freakonomics blog a couple of weeks ago. Richard Hodge over at speculativebubble.com plotted a graph of inflation-adjusted US property onto a roller-coaster video ride using Roller Coaster Tycoon 3.
Pretty dizzy up there at the end, isn’t it?
